Daily Life Functional Movement

Human body movement is significantly more complicated than most have learned, and we have very little instruction on how to use it. Through our services, you will receive the knowledge, skills, and practical experiences to safely perform all your daily activities. You can improve them all, sitting, walking, standing, lifting, carrying, and recreation activities.  Many of our pain areas, head, neck, back & all major joints, can also be changed through improved movement.

Safe & efficient activity, like all human movement, requires knowledge, skills, and practical experiences.  We will help you improve your skills in using all the movement components needed to play your sport: Mobility, Stability, Strength, and Power.  We will also work directly with your instructor/coach if you wish.  Are you interested in golf? How does this work?

 First, you will: Complete a questionnaire to share what your goals are.  Then complete and review our movement evaluation.

By using this no-cost assessment, we can establish a schedule for your movement program specifically geared toward addressing your issues and your goals. We will work with you, either online or in person.

Communication is most effective when we use the patterns of - Principles, Strategies, and Techniques.   Knowing and using these allows us to build our skills of empathy and compassion for all situations.
